Rojac Malvazija 2017 is a radical Slovenian natural orange wine made from Istrian Malvazija, with extended skin-contact maceration and fermentation in qvevri. It shows a cloudy golden color and rich, complex aromas of dried herbs, honey, balsamic notes, and citrus peel. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and beautifully structured, with a distinct mineral character, gentle tannins, and a long, textured finish.

A wonderful and uncompromising expression of long-macerated Malvazija — a wine to fall in love with from the very first sip!
